One day, out of the blue, Robin turned and said, "I was in a movie once."
I tilted my head a little and smiled, "Really Robin?"
"Yes really, I was in a movie. It was in France... I think the director was Goddard..."
He remembered the title of the film and the next day I found a copy online and ordered it. Then one night I brought it over as a surprise -- I forget how may people where over that night, but we all sat around and watched Robin's French New Wave "cameo" several times laughing... I can still hear Robin saying, "I was reading Mallarmé..." as he walked into the kitchen.
