We would like to thank Carolyn Gimian and Barry Boyce for teaching this program for young adults in Halifax. The weekend, which took place in October 2009, included periods of sitting meditation, as well as the practice of The Sadhana of Mahamudra, and many lively question and answer periods, discussions, and group activities where the participants were the "main attraction." Unfortunately, it was not possible to capture this lively back and forth for the online version.
